Meet Redi

Redi isn’t your typical team member — he’s our always-prepared mascot who reminds us to stay ready for anything (hence the name). While he may not handle phone calls or appointments, Redi is a big part of the Medi-Solutions family.

How Redi Joined the Team

Legend has it that Redi first appeared during a busy Annual Election Period, arms full of paperwork and a giant cup of coffee. Instead of heading back out the door, he jumped right in — helping the team stay organized, cheering everyone on, and bringing a little extra energy to the office. From that day forward, Redi became part of who we are.

What Redi Does Now

These days, you’ll spot Redi popping up across our materials, celebrating milestones, and reminding everyone that staying prepared makes all the difference. He may not have a license, but he’s got plenty of spirit.
